MGSD is WILD for its February STEAM and KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION event!

Hello MGSD families!

MGSD is WILD for our February 4th community STEAM event because it also includes the opportunity for rising Kindergarten students to register!  Because we know how much fun our STEAM events are, we decided to make it a fun event for both current students and any rising Kindergarten students in our district!  This event will have fun activities for all ages in our Mooresville community.  Not a rising Kindergartner?  We have you covered with all kinds of fun animal themed STEAM activities.  If you are a rising Kindergartner, we will still have the fun STEAM activities, but we will also have principals and teachers from our elementary schools for you to meet.  Also, parents can go ahead and register their rising Kindergartner in between having fun and get an official MGSD Class of 2038 yard sign to proudly display!  For more information about Kindergarten registration and what you need to bring, please visit our Kindergarten Registration page at MGSD Kindergarten Registration.

We do have two important asks of our families:

1. RSVP using the RSVP button right here in ParentSquare so that we can properly plan for our SNACK table!
2. If you know someone who has a rising Kinder but does not have a student in the district already, please share this information with them.  They can RSVP by emailing tmclean@mgsd.k12.nc.us.  Once we have their email, we can add them to ParentSquare as a rising Kindergarten student so they can start receiving ParentSquare messages, if they choose.
